I don’t agree with about half the stuff in this post. I don’t think you need to write your story three times (!!!), but you definitely need to edit that many times before submitting to an editor. I agree marketing is very important, but it is much more important to spend time writing a good book. This seems like a post designed to discourage self publishers, instead of encourage and uplift them.

Hmm. So if an introverted author answers “No” to some of these questions they should decide self-publishing isn’t for them and join a support group? I’m betting not! 😉
