Brilliant advice, although I would vehemently disagree with sending people so-called ‘welcome’ messages once connected on LinkedIn. Anyone who sends out automated messages is more likely to get disconnected, not to mention the fact that they’ve annoyed the people they spam which is an immediate negative.
