Indie authors must make several tough decisions before publishing their books. Two crucial ones involve what platforms to publish on and how to market the book. I like the progression recommended here: ebook first, paperback second, audiobook after establishing a reader base. Chris, have you already published any how-to posts for authors who would like to do their own audio without an external director and narrator?
