So if I get my own ISBN and I call it say “publish from the heart” then I become both an independent publisher and indie author in one stroke and I can still publish myself under Amazon by using my own ISBN is that correct?

Go if you plan more than one book. I wish I had before I got to six… and that put me off doing it at all. 14 books later I still wish I’d done it.
