Let’s talk about the future tense
As a writer, you are often referring to an action or event at a time in the future.
When you do, you would never think about how you use English grammar to construct meaning in your phrases. It is just a tense that comes naturally, isn’t it?
But would it surprise you to know that there is no such thing as the future tense in English?
I’m sure you’re going to be aghast by me saying so. But I will explain.
