WordPress and/or Apple are screwing me around…

My sincere apologies to everyone, but no matter how many times I sign into my WordPress account, I find I cannot ‘LIKE’ or reblog some of your posts.

I don’t know if it’s WordPress tweaking with their New Gutenberg Editor, or their other programming, or, if it’s the latest (major) Apple iOS 12 Update yesterday that’s causing the issues.

I’ve already had to make a linking post to Teagan’s post, but it takes time for me to make the same for everyone whose posts I’d normally reblog, so, please excuse me while I go rip up the forest in a fine fit of bad temper (the Apple update has also rearranged my iPad keyboard icons, so I keep hitting the wrong darn buttons).

  1. From one Apple user to another, my iMac seems to be behaving, Chris, although I don’t like the constant reminder to set two-factor authentication. It seems they don’t give ‘no, thank you’ as an option. It’s almost as bad as having those pesky pop-ups appearing all the time.
Haven’t tried WordPress on my iPad yet, although I tend to make too many mistakes when using my iPad and end up leaving comments that only ‘The Clangers’ would understand. 🎺

  2. I’m having weird issues, too, Chris….primarily when I try to like or comment as Emily vs Zoe. One of the issues I get a lot is a message saying my URL is too long, whether I log in under WP or Facebook. So IF this one goes through, I’d also like to say I’m still interested and reading, but have mostly given up commenting.
