  1. I would have done the same. I only need to read about an author and their book once or twice to know I would like to read it. I might buy, or perhaps bookmark the link. I don’t mind being reminded a few weeks later of the book’s existence, but in the meantime I enjoy reading blogs about authors’ real lives, especially funny events or interesting places.

  2. Also, don’t tell me to “Show me some love” by following you on social media. One, I do not know you, perhaps once you posted something interesting? Two, I am not part of the social media herd. Three, I follow nobody but my own heart and intuition. Yes, I do click follow on a few blogs and respond when I feel motivated to do so. C’est la vie!
