Thriving Thursdays: We Rise – Guest Post by Teagan Riordain Geneviene…

Hello everyone, I’m Teagan Ríordáin Geneviene, taking a moment to lift you up, to help you thrive.  What better place for me to do that than from the marvelous tree-house of the Story Reading Ape?

Thriving Thursdays

Sometimes I feel de-motivated, denied, discounted, discombobulated, or any other de or dis that nobody enjoys.  However, there is one thing that always helps me change that feeling so that I can thrive — and that is motivating someone else.  If I work at lifting someone else’s spirits, or promoting them in some way, I find that I’ve also motivated myself.

We rise by lifting others…   Robert Ingersoll

Wishing you a Thriving Thursday.

Mega hugs,

Teagan

    • Lovely to see you, Tina. LOL, I hear that “right time” remark every now and then. Maybe that’s why I was guided to do this on Thursdays. At any rate, I’m happy I could give you a little lift. Have a fabulous Friday. Hugs.

  3. It’s absolutely true, lift others to lift yourself. 😀 I have done it with a young inventor lacking self-esteem. After so much lifting and pushing his product has been seen by the right people. Now, he is taking off confident in himself and the product he has invented.I feel good.

  4. A wonderfully uplifting post….you see you did it for me 🙂 You are so right – it is when we lift others out of the doldrums…(which we all experience from time to time)…that we are also lifted….and so I hope you are lifted high this weekend and that the creative juices are flowing 🙂 Sending loads of magical hummers in your direction….Janet xxxx

    • Thank you so much Janet. I loved your beautiful post today. You are a true thriver. I think I see your hummingbirds coming over the horizon, around the Washington Monument, and nearing my windowsill. 😀 Thrive on, my friend.
