This wasn’t mentioned in the article, but it bugs me when eyes “flash” (with anger, or whatever). Besides being a cliche, I don’t think it’s possible in most circumstances.

This was an excellent article. I am learning to ask myself: “How does this description move my story forward?” It doesn’t matter what color their eyes are at all, other than to get a fix on their appearance. #am writing 😀 LOL!
