Professor turns to Mystery Writing…

Noelle Granger, professor emeritus at UNC-Chapel Hill, has just launched the second novel in her Rhe Brewster Mystery series – “Death in a Dacron Sail.”

If asked to describe a traditional Thanksgiving, most Americans have no trouble recalling the usual parade of turkey, football and pumpkin pie.

But on the eve of Thanksgiving 2012, one Chapel Hill mother ushered her California-based daughter into the family home with a warm hug and asked: “Play dead for me?”

And thus started a new family tradition.

  1. Loved reading Noelle’s mystery author genesis story – but FOUR YEARS? Yiikes – my patience is already in limited supply. 🙂 I must admit, however, as much as WordPress makes me crazy with broken bits when they “update” practically anything, I still prefer links to other WordPress Blogs. It makes it so much easier to comment, like, and navigate. (Something about silver and clouds . . . ) Thanks for finding this.
