I SO wish I could get my cat to work the coffee maker instead of kicking things out my cupboards on her kitty-treat raids.

That WOULD be nice Annette – We had one black Persian cat who would enter the bedroom by slamming the door against the wall with surprising force in order to waken us up – more effective than an alarm clock, unfortunately, usually two hours BEFORE the alarm clock setting!!!
BTW – if we left the door wide open already, he would slam it CLOSED instead!!!

Kicking things out?? hmmmm….now I always go around opening all the cabinet doors–I even wrote about a story about that previously–but have not pushed stuff out. Yet.

Well, Zoe, DC likes to try to make me think she’s “working.” I think she just likes watching me pick up the clutter. It seems to amuse her.You obviously are more empathetic to your human staff.
