A most excellent share! I have Mailchimp set up by someone else on my blog. I have no clue how to make changes on it. 🙂

I think I might be near the time when I need to start thinking harder about setting up a newsletter, but don’t really have any news to send out. Yet.
Thanks for sharing, Chris!

It’s better to set it up before you have news. if it starts to feel like you NEED to send something out (ie it’s been months) you can always send them “gifts” like excerpts of a WIP or a free short story or whatever works for your brand. I waited a looooooong time to do a newsletter and regret it.

The other issue is I have proven, over a long period of years, to be a bit unreliable when it comes to doing anything on a regular basis. I’m trying to get better.

Time does seem to be the main drawback John…
