It would have been nice if the article had bothered to define “DMCA” or even the acronym… To me, that lessens the credibility of the write-up. Certainly it’s probably a message. But having to do the research first, now I don’t have time for the article…. I’m just sayin’ 😉
Oh by the way… “The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States copyright law that implements two 1996 treaties of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).”
And by the other way… the copyright office has a horrid website…

Agreed on both counts Teagan, but when you plough through the US Copyright Site, (yes, it is a typical bureaucratic site) you’ll find they genuinely want input from authors.
