I love this infographic as it takes a word that always sounds ‘bad’ but when you use an alternative sounds expensive and thoroughly evil such as these beauties that roll off the tongue.. perjorative, egregious, ignominious… love it.. thanks Chris

Funny one is ‘egregious.’ In Italian egregio is a very positive word. “Egregio Dott. Marino” translates to something like “Much respected / honorable Dott. Marino” 😀

I’m oddly disappointed that there isn’t a ‘z’ word.

I’ve got:
zabernism, or probably more appropriately zabernistic (which is pretty good, imo)
and
ZU- evil god of weather
Neither meaning bad exactly.
Very disappointing now that you mention it. The letter Z seems ready made to portray bad

Poor thing is at the end of the alphabet and always gets ignored. Though not as much as ‘X’.

Keep looking and think laterally instead of literally, e.g.:
zendik (heretic; magician)
zoilistic (a carping and unjust critic)
zoocephalic (animal-headed)
😄

I’ll give zoilistic, though in that it only applies to critics…
The other two would be a matter of opinion, no? Lots off those. I left them out.
Such as: Fanaticism in a just cause is no vice.
