The Male Brain vs. The Female Brain. Boxed in, out or just plain Boxed?

ronovanwritesMark Gungor is a man who speaks around the nation about of all things . . . marriage. Yes, after you watch this, he still does continue to speak on the subject and in all honesty I think it’s because he’s dead right and not afraid to say it.

You may find some things he says to be stereotyping but guess what? There is a reason they have those weird laws in your town like, don’t tie your giraffe to a lamp post in Atlanta, GA, or in Idaho you cannot fish from the back of a camel.

It’s because it’s happened. Stereotyping man and woman has been in the millennia in the making. Sit back, click, and enjoy without any guilt the truth that is the male brain and the female brain.

What are some things you’ve noticed are different between the male and female brain?

  1. I love Mark Gungor. I’m sorry most young men don’t see his great advice about imprinting improperly before they start running around – they are setting themselves up for not having a good marriage. Girls used to be better at exactly this, from being petrified of getting pregnant, if not for moral reasons – and now they have the same problems as the boys.

Hot monkey s*x is for… monkeys. Humans are better than that – in principle.

DH and I will be married 40 years in May – how many of the kids give up in a year or two? It breaks my heart.

Too ancient an outlook? Feel free to delete, Chris.

        • I was born, raised and built a career before Political Correctness was even thought of as a saying, never mind a requirement Alicia.
Before PC we just used what sense of decency and respect we had before calling someone or something by any other name than what was appropriate and applicable.

          • The big difference: the world’s technology is moving so fast that children are growing up ‘knowing’ more than their parents, and the parents are letting themselves be treated this way (I remember being astonished about how American teens were rude to their parents, and were encouraged to bond with their classmates!).

Even if your mom can’t program her cellphone, and prefers not to read books on it, she knows a whole lot more about life than you think she does – humans cannot evolve nearly as fast as technology – the basics haven’t changed.

Getting off soapbox now. Thank God I didn’t put my kids through schools – they’ve turned out rather well, if not quite finished yet (I stop nagging after they turn 25). One left.

          • There’s a big difference between reading about and knowing stuff Alicia.
There’s an even greater difference between stuff and life 😀 😀 😀
Well done getting the kids off their butts and making their own way in the world 😀 😀 😀
