As an author who’s both self-published and trad published, and who works at a publishing company, I get questions like this a lot! And since I’ve been pondering whether to go with trad or indie publishing myself for my next project, I thought I’d address this topic.

I’ll talk about the pros and cons of being an indie author (meaning a self-published author), and by doing that, I’ll cover off the benefits of traditional publishing, too.
