Here is the updated list for April & May 2019 writing submissions.

I try to find submissions and contests with no fee (or on the cheaper side at least), which is surprisingly hard.

As always, if you know any places that run contests and accept general submissions that are not on my list, please let me know and I’ll check it out to add it.
