Wow! That is still a LOT of money! Which the average Indie, like me, cannot afford. $1500 to get your book submitted to vine reviewers in the hope that some of them might review you? Hopefully positively. And actually, it’s not proven that reviews help sell books. I’m not sure that they do. This is just going to widen the gap. I dont think any of it helps Indies promote their books sadly. Its just another way for Amazon to make more money out of us, the authors, rather than their customers.

Okay, so what’s in it for Amazon? Amazon would never do anything that would not bring in more money! However, since I’m going to be publishing a third book with Create Space, I just may have to look into this!
