3-day Quote Challenge

You can share your favorite quote (even if written by you) and also inspire people.

The rules of the challenge are pretty straight-forward:

Post your quote.
Pass it on.
So, here is my favorite quote, used often in our household.

It’s about forgetting to take something with you,

discovering or remembering it half way to where you were going

and having to go back for it

(usually sun or reading glasses with my wife and everything else for me)

  6. Once, my Mother, Brother and I headed out to AR from our home in MS. We stopped at a fast food joint Ma loves but is not in the town we live in, some 70 miles away. Nearing our destination, we stopped at a store to get sodas, and Ma realized she had left her purse at the restaurant. She got picked up to go the rest of the way, and my Bro&I had to go back- a lot more than 70 miles. It would have been shorter to just go back home after retrieving it.
    Does this qualify? 😀
