  1. Ouch to the last one, reminds me of an another oldie but goldie. An elderly woman goes to the doctor and says:
    “Doctor, I always have to fart a lot. We have to do something about that! But the good thing is, they don’t smell and make no sound!”
    Doctor silently scribbles something on his recipe block.

    Woman comes back, a week later:
    “Doctor, my farts are still there, they are still silent, but now they smell awful, you gave me the wrong medicine!”

    “Ah, now that your nose is sorted we will do something about your hearing,” replied the doctor.
