You may wonder why you should submit to literary journals run by MFA programs. They seldom pay, and they often charge to submit.
Normally, either one of those factors would be enough to eliminate them from my list of writing markets.
But in spite of those two drawbacks, there are some good reasons to submit to university literary magazines.
