Living With Books.

IRISH FIREBRANDS: A Novel ~ and Other Works by Christine Plouvier, Indie Author

September is Library Card Sign-up Month!

These pictures of libraries large and small bear testimony to a loving relationship between people and the physical printed word that can be measured in centuries. Indie authors, please don’t neglect that relationship: Publish your works on paper!

  1. I have an entire Board on Pinterest populated with library porn 🙂 — Library Lust — quite a few followers too. Those of us who love books are always looking for beautiful ways to display them. I have always yearned for a mahogany panelled room with library lamp lit floor to ceiling shelving on every wall, and a library ladder to ring them ’round. ::sigh::

This cat can only look at a king, alas. I have the shelves, but they are much more functional than they are attractive.
