My old friend, Phil The Tasmanian Devil,

takes a wry look at the impact of Mobile Phones:

  1. This is true. I see this on a daily basis especially at work where people walk through the museum (I work for a major museum in New York.) passing by magnificent artworks staring, talking or texting on their Smartphones! Even on guide tours given by wonderful docents the visitors ignore tour guides to take pictures or text! Many times I wonder why they even come to the museum. Truly the Smartphones are smarter than their human users because cellphones have made humans their slaves!!

  2. Reblogged this on sherriemiranda1 and commented:
It’s only 12:30 in California so plenty of time left for Chris’ Monday Funnies. Some of you might find these funnier than some others of you though.
I am still looking for a venue to do a book event or an Author Event here in Greeneville, TN or neighboring Jonesborough, TN. Wish me luck! 😉😜😘😃
Peace, love & readers for all,
    Sherrie

  3. They are funny, but so sadly true. I just had a conversation with my daughter about this subject. People miss so much as they are “busy” playing on their phones. It’s sad. The world will go by and they will never know it.

  4. I like ’em all! I don’t have a smart phone, only a flip phone which I rarely use except to call cabs, so I’m entitled to point fingers and laugh.
